Duke Energy seems to have finished the construction of the new Transmission Lines (the big metal poles) and have begun to work on the Distribution Lines.... look for some old wooden poles coming down and those lines being transferred over to the lower arms of the Big Metal Poles! should help things look a bit more tidy when finished sometime in 2017.
City of Asheville has finished taking down the dilapidated building (the old Days Warehouse Building) and in the process has saved the Burner wall of Graffiti... thanks for that.
Work has begun on 14 Riverside Drive to renovate this building into some kind of visitors center for the ARAD... there will be parking and public bathrooms but not sure what else.
